What does not qualify

• On-the-job training
• Courses that DO NOT further the skills of the individual
• Courses that are designed for the General Public, such as
• Resume writing or personal investment courses
• Sales oriented programs that demonstrate office equipment
• Programs dealing with administrative functions
• Business sessions at professional organization conferences,
  conventions, or meetings
• Participating as a member of a committee
• Preparation time for repeated presentations within the same
  2 year period
• External quality control reviews
• Auditing college courses
• Teaching university or college courses full time
